Ubuntu 10.04 Register new machine problems

Hello!
I installed MediaSignage Player as it was shown in video tutorial on Ubuntu 10.04. After reloading PC I got Signage Controller window asking to Register new machine, but when I entered email and password it said that there is no such user of password! Of course I verified everything a thousand times, I entered the same email and password at Signage controller running on Windows and everything worked well. Did you face the same problem, what can I do to fix it?

When installing players... its always to a good practice to make sure you are using the correct version.  What we advice the customer is to 1st check their version # by logging in to their signage studio  click HELP> ABOUT
