Hi,
I'm using media player with win7 64 bits, the problem is that sometimes the images are frozen. I'm using the same configuration, but PCs with 32-bit and work well. Is it a configuration problem on 64 bit PCs?
Thnaks for your help.

We have a lot of users running windows 7 64bit with no issues.
Need to know more about the problem. What exactly happens when you say its frozen? The computer locks up? If its locking up it could be a number of things. Could be hardware or software.
