White Label Page Code Not Functional

Hi, we are currently trying to add our white label code to our site, and the code is not working.  I have tried several methods, putting the code into the wordpress page, straight into a browser, and using it in a WYSIWYG and still obtained the same flawed result. Not sure if this is a code issue or a server issue.  The code is at www.signagemasters.com/pricing . Thanks for your help.

I don't see any of the our code in the link you provided.
