I know the Airplayer is targeted to a Campaign->Screen

Say, I have a Campaign that has three screens. In the business location (lets assume a clothing store), one Airplayer is playing screen1 - a loop of "Boys Clothes" and another screen2- a loop of "Mens Clothes" and perhaps a third monitor is playing screen3 - a loop of "Women's Clothes".

At 5 minutes to 5pm, I want all the screens to show a notice that the store is closing in 5 minutes.

How do I do that?

Or every hour, I want to show today's sale items on all three screens or maybe just one or two?

Darn thing timed out and now I am typing all over again.....

I had all my screens in the same timeline. I would need to create a new timeline for the "notice". I would need to schedule the "primary" timeline to run 24 hours at a low priority and set the "notice" timeline to paly at 4:45PM. Correct?

I noticed that I could not preview the new timeline with the web browser from the option panel. The only way I could preview it was to switch back to sequential, and move the new timeline up to the top of the list.

This would not work for making changes to a campaign that was live.

Perhaps I am doing something wrong?

Yes, you are doing it correctly and we will add a feature to preview specific timeline sometime next year... Still LOTS to do ...
