Blackbox shuts off after about one minute

We have 2 blackbox systems that turn themselves off after about one minute.  When allowed to run without changing anything, they *may* run well, but we want to change many things, including the OS.

And when booted with the sticks in to change the os, they shut off after about a minute.

They must be defective and if so, please send back for replacement.

Our THIRD blackbox shut itself off today.  It had been on for more than 24 hours, but when we tried to actually change anything, it shuts off.  We are losing money with your product.  Please advise.

Talking to my associate, I must correct myself.

Our FOURTH blackbox doesn't work.  that's 20% failure....

But if I understand correctly the other issue in the other boxes was resolved due to IP issue you had within your network.
