Uplodaing a file, the system does not answer you if you will overwrite the existing file.
So, after the upload process yo will see 2 files with the same name.
The system should give you this possibility and it should automatically use this new file if used on timelines.

Yes, the feature is on our roadmap, once done, you will be prompted if to "search and replace" or "keep as new"...

Still lots to do... no doubt.

In wich release is planned to start with this feature?
I´m using a same resource in different timelines.
I´m actualizing this resource every day.
I´ve to rename the existing file before to upload the new file.
After that I´ve to check each timeline in order to find where this resource is used. I´ve to delete the old file and to insert the new one.
Believe me. It´s a very difficult proccess what we have to do.
That is easy to avoid if the system recognize that the file exist and change it in each timeline where it is used.
