Timed playing

Hi is it possible to set a given time line or campaign to play at a given time of day rather than just based on timed lapsed since started.

We are working on a scheduler that will give you full control over the schedule timelines ( days, weeks, months, repeats etc ... )
We have the feature 70% complete and hope to have it ready by the end of the year.

Has this feature been implemented in the 1.0 release (feb 2009)?  I don't see it unless it is somehow buried.  If not, new expected release of this feature?

Our next release due next month will have white label and reseller support.
After we are done with that, we will start working one the Scheduler and enhancements.
