PSD Background Template?

Hi,

I am trying to create a new template to use as a background much like the examples (hotel lobby, office) and was wondering does any one have a psd template that can be used as a starting point? or if you can recommend sizes for the background? i would like to create a new background with the transparent sections but so far my sizes seem to be way off when uploaded to a player screen

You basically have to work out your layout and build around the co-ordinates.
