RSS feed question

Do you guys support RSS feeds in a .atom format?

I am following your video on http://mediasignage.com/html/signage_video.html?videoNumber=16 and typed in my [Custom URL], but it does not display anything in the preview preview pane or really do anything at all.

Is it also possible that the issue is because the RSS URL is an https:// instead of an http://? My login credentials should be put in for the https:// already though so I don't think that should make a difference.
