Timeline Transitions

Is there any functionality that allows for transitions between timelines? Right now it appears that it's just a clean break between the two, but I'd like Timeline1 to fade out and Timeline 2 to fade in. Is there a way that I can do this?

It is on the road map... so right now just the default fades
